Plant a tree today and you’ll be helping to restore species-rich tree habitats across Oxfordshire. As trees act as long-term carbon stores, you’ll also be helping to tackle the global climate emergency.

Trees are vital to our survival and to our natural environment. They breathe life into our environment and remove pollutants from the air, they help prevent flooding and provide vital habitat for rare and vulnerable species like bats, beetles and fungi.

By donating to TOE’s Plant a Tree Campaign, you will helping to establishing native, species-rich woodland and hedge habitats across the county. While ensuring that the right tree is planted in the right place, we will also support the long-term establishment and protection of the trees we plant so that they stand the best chance of surviving and thriving through to maturity.

Read about our Local Environment Fund for more information about how to apply for funding to plant trees, including a new hedge, community orchard or woodland, or contact us.

Donate to plant a tree

Just click on this button to make a donation. We estimate that it costs us £10 to plant and care for a tree, so this is our suggested minimum donation.

Your donation will pay for the costs of planting saplings and also for protecting and managing them while they become established. A maximum of 10% of the donation will be used to support TOE’s costs in administering, monitoring and delivering the scheme.
